CREATIVE MENTORSHP w/ SOMATIC INTEGRATION

$125 / Session (75 Mins)

I support musicians, composers, songwriters, writers, and creatives moving between mediums. I listen deeply and guide you to explore and move through inner barriers like resistance, self-doubt, comparison, procrastination, and other challenging layers that may be present. I encourage creatives to build their practices on a foundation of self-love, self-belief and compassion around the complexities of building a creative life. I encourage joy, inspiration, and tending to creative impulses, desires and dreams.

I would describe my style as gentle and intuitive—leaning on deep listening, reflective questioning, and encouraging new ways of thinking and seeing. During a session with me, we talk about your creative life and landscape for the first 30-45 minutes. We’ll identify something you want to work through, and will spend the second half of the session in somatic integration using EFT/Tapping, which I am trained in.


EFT / Tapping is a powerful way to

• heal and regulate the nervous system

• open space in the body, mind, and heart

• feel a greater sense of calm, ease, and possibility

• shift subconscious beliefs and patterns which may show up as unresolved feelings, repetitive experiences, physical tension or discomfort, inability to move forward, or any other number of challenges in your life. It is very versatile and can be applied to almost anything, including issues in your creative life. Clients often leave my sessions feeling lighter, more resourced, and more open to positive solutions and experiences.

Experiencing EFT with a trained practitioner is the best way to understand how it works and see real benefits. I recommend multiple sessions (traditional guidance suggests between 3-10 sessions to work through an issue and see lasting change), but even just one session together can be profound and transformative. I’ve seen so much benefit from integrating somatic work into my creative practice and life, and look forward to sharing this resource with as many creatives as I can
