CREATIVITY COACHING
I support musicians, writers, and other creatives.
I support you by guiding you to move through inner barriers like resistance, self-doubt, comparison, procrastination, and other layers that may be present, including joy and inspiration. My style is gentle and intuitive, often asking reflective questions and encouraging new ways of thinking. Coaching can take on a myriad of forms, including more practical, more somatic, or more reflective. I do my best to meet clients where they are and learn what matters most to them. It’s an honor to witness you in process.

EFT/TAPPING
EFT / Tapping is a powerful way to heal and regulate the nervous system, opening space in the body, mind and heart for a greater sense of calm, possibility and expansion in our lives. EFT can be used to help shift subconscious beliefs and patterns which may show up as unresolved feelings, repetitive experiences, physical tension, or something else. It is really quite versatile and can be applied to almost any issue. Sometimes using EFT can really feel like magic!
I really believe you kind of have to try it to see how and why it works. I always recommend multiple sessions (at least three) to see the greatest benefit, but even just one session can be helpful. I use a traditional EFT framework and even if you’ve tried it from YouTube or on you own, it can be really powerful to try at least one session with a trained practitioner. I can’t wait to share it with you.

ASTROLOGY READINGS
Astrology is a medium that takes us from darkness and into light, shadow into open air, casts questions and gives clues and keys for the patterns and rhythms in our lives. It is one of many methods of healing and self inquiry, all of which have something to offer! I am drawn to curiosity, history, mythology, archetype and my own sense of playful, intuitive magic. I approach my work with an open mind, positivity and a belief in the healing power of free will.
PERSONAL CHART READINGS
2026 Year Ahead Reading - $250
This reading will include on overview of the upcoming year of your life (from the date of your booking), and touch on the eclipse cycles within that year (which can speak to patterns of change and growth). While my readings cover the entire chart, if there are specific areas you’d like me to focus on (love, career, money, something else?), please note that in your booking and I will put more attention on those areas.
