CREATIVE RENEWAL FOR ARTISTS
90 Minute Virtual Group Workshop

Akin to the seasons, we regenerate our creative life force with each new phase and cycle. In the spirit of spring and harkening of the Summer Solstice, we’ll be doing some pruning and tending to our creative worlds, in order to breathe new life and energy into our hearts, minds, and bodies. This workshop is a space to let go of anything that feels heavy, worn, or outdated, so that together we can create the space for more abundance, joy, and fruition.

WORKSHOP OUTLINE

(1) ASTROLOGY
An overview of the energy we’re working with at this time. *After years of study, I hold a well of astrological knowledge and am excited to share it in this workshop for the first time in this way.

(2) CREATIVE PRUNING
We’ll explore what feels unaligned, outdated, ready to drop — this could be an identity, a way of being, a persistent insecurity or fear, a project or creative phase you’re ready to let go of or complete, or whatever feels relevant to you.

(3) SOMATIC INTEGRATION WITH EFT/TAPPING
I will teach a beautiful and powerful way to move out of the intellectual realm and drop into our hearts, bodies, and anchor the nervous system. This will be a group practice that everyone can benefit from — if timing and group size allows, I will also offer individual mini sessions to each person present (10 minutes)

(4) NEW GROWTH
We’ll explore and share what we’re cultivating, dreaming, and blooming — together we will witness one another’s small and large dreams, planting creative seeds for summer fruition and beyond
