Beliefs & Core Wounds
Now that you’ve explored and written your vision, we’re going to look at anything that could be blocking or slowing down your vision.
And we’ll do this through conversation, journaling, somatic work, and affirmations.
As you look through this list, pay attention to what is relevent to you right now.
Trust that what you’re drawn to might be something that needs attention.
For each section, reflect on these questions as best you can —
1. Where does this show up in my creative life?
2. What memories or impressions do I have of
a) the first time I felt this way (likely in childhood)
b) when this FIRST showed up in my creative path
c) any other significant times this showed up in my creative path
